Courtney Groszhans, Senior Notes Editor
Courtney Groszhans was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, where she developed her great love for the outdoors. She graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in 2010, and she traveled around the United States and Central America the year after. In 2011, she became an AmierCorps Volunteer In Service to America (VISTA) and moved to Louisville, Kentucky as a part of her of service where she worked for the non-profit, Adelante Hispanic Achievers.
After AmeriCorps, Courtney moved to San Jose, California, where she worked at a non-profit, recruiting mentors for middle school at-risk youth. There she decided to apply to law school, and then moved back to Louisville to attend the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Courtney has continued her commitment to social justice, working at the Legal Aid Society of Louisville for two consecutive summers. She has also served as a Research Assistant for two professors at Brandeis and works at the Law Library.
